We're focused on breaking down barriers to entry, opening up angel investing to a wider audience through lower minimum investments. Our vision is more than just creating a platform; it's about creating a community of innovators and investors, united in their goal to realize groundbreaking ideas and redefine investing's future.
This community gained momentum with the introduction of Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF), which has expanded opportunities in the investment world. We're witnessing a significant shift as more startups turn to equity crowdfunding for their funding rounds and investors increasingly add private assets to their portfolios.
